Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has appointed Dr. Gunakar Bhatt as its new spokesperson effective from Poush 1, 2078.
Dr. Bhatt is a PHD scholar in economics who currently heads the bank supervision department of the central bank, as per the media statement.
